Great story. Poor John, not even a relaxing trip to the mainland is safe! Those were some alarming hallucinations, especially the form of atonement that seemed to be required. I'm glad Ronon was able to subdue him in time and that Carson was able to fix him. Great team interaction too, as always. I especially liked the ending with John and Ronon, Ronon being the one most likely to know where John's mind was at just then.

I like the visual of Sheppard releasing the mementos to the ocean. Nice way to show the letting go of the past.
