What a beautiful summatiion of what Dncan was really telling that little girl. In her own child-like way she now knows of the "secret" world of immortals. It says a lot of Duncan in my opinion that he would trust her with that secret. Even though he did veil it in a story about faries. It was a thin veil, however, and it makes me wonder how Joe or Methos would have reacted if the had had contact with Ducan at that time. Great little one shot. I truely enjoyed the rambling. It is very realistic to what a young child would do.

P.S. Did you notice the continuity error when the dad drops the litle girl off in the storage room, before all hell breaks loose? In the establishing shot she has her dolly in her arms. When the camera switches angles to follow her into the store room the same dolly is in the chair at the table and her arms are empty. Opps.

I really liked your story. The rambling was ok because little girls do tend to ramble. I hope you keep writing!

"Bad Day in Building A" is one of my favorite Highlander eps. Duncan dealing with both the girl and the terrorist, Richie's tall tales, and the cops trying to figure out what the heck is going on.

Like you said, the paragraph was long and a little confusing, but it seemed to fit for a little kid.
