the_sly_wink 2008-01-24 ch 1, anon.	abuseOkay, okay; so I really read it ages ago, but even then I never guessed! It's probably because Johnny never gets much attention in the fandom. Being the quiet, shy one of the gang doesn't grab authors' imaginations much, I suppose. Pony would be in the same boat if he hadn't been the original narrator; I wondered if your narrator was Ponyboy for a while, though something seemed a bit off. (And for good reason) This was very cute, very Johnny. He's almost sweet in spite of himself. And Sylvia was great! That blonde ain't nothin' but trouble.

xocrazililkelox 2007-09-09 ch 1,	abuseYay I knew it was Jhonny the thing about the gum tipped me off.I really liked how you wrote Jhonny and got into his head there isnt many stories where Jhonny is made out to be strong he is mostly awlways written as the weak puppy like boy who tags after Dallas but I liked how your protrayed its very believable .I think you should give do a follow up with the lecture that Steve gave to Jhonny about girls I haven't seen a story dont like that before. I cant wait to see more stories from you!
EldarWannabe 2007-09-09 ch 1,	abuseOk,I kinda cheated fairly early on and glanced at the character thingy at the top of the page. Only becuase I had narrowed it down to NOBODY by the third paragraph and was a little confused. It's excellent. To sum up, amazing. Johnny's sixteen! I've always found it a little unnerving when I realized that Johnny was the same age as Soda, but acted so much younger. Of course, it could be blamed on Pony's POV, because Pony was younger, and he also viewed Johnny as the "pet" at least a little... Ok, I'm going to stop ranting. Now I'm going to wander off an re-evaluate my perception of Johnny. You've definetly given me a ton to think about.
