Woah. I'm speechless. That was amazing. During Jou's part I was like "Oh crap. Now Kaiba's gonna be pissed and not even listen to Jou. Crap. Crap. Crap, good going Jou." And then the ending made me so happy.

This story was very interesting. You described Jou's feelings very well and both moments, with him and Seto and him and the girl were very good.

The beginning is a little slow, but the whole piece is really fun to read. I like the parallels between Jou's confession and Kaiba's. And it's an awkward thing to go through if you're not prepared for it. So, we have some sympathy for Jou. To be "liked," "lusted," and "loved" are different things. To find them all in the same person is rare. So, Jounuchi has a long way to go.

*waves* Hello again. xD I actually originally stumbled upon this story when you posted it in the Little Dragon yahoo group, but figured I'd leave a comment here because I haven't made a review in in AGES. You brought me out of lurker mode. :O

I haven't really read any KaiJou fanfiction in a while, mostly because lately I haven't been able to find anything that kept the characters in-character or had a strong, interesting storyline and plot. Basically, I haven't found anything that I liked. To get to the point, I'm very glad I read this. Jou's thoughts on love and especially his actions were very believable, as was the confession scene between him and Kaiba. This was all so simple and cute and a great joy to read. Brought a smile to my face.

That part where Jounouchi fell on top of Kaiba and he whispered "I like you too" into his ear; completely unexpected but absolutely perfect.
And the concept of "like" and "love" that you have in there, concerning things like small crushes or something more; very interesting indeed. Definitely made me think.
