I loved this story. It was so deep...so emotional. It made me cry. I haven't cried in over four years. I'm still crying as i write this, actually. My father died of leukemia when i was one. It still hurts. I thought of my girlfriend when i read this last chapter. I thought of her being gone. I've only been with her for a year, but i can't imagine her being away from me. It hurts. It made me cry, but I don't mind, actually.

Thank you for finally giving me the release I've craved for for over three years.

I cried multiple times.
This kind of reminds me of that movie a walk to remember.
Rukia was so awesome in this story and she was totally in character. Even is she was sick, she tried to make it look like it didn't affect her.

Yeah... I kept reading. I figured I owed you that much after I gave that mean review to chapter 7. Well, when I said this wasn't the Rukia I know, I meant it, and I still do. But this doesn't have to have Rukia in it to be a good story. I enjoyed reading it, despite that complaint I gave you. Really, it's the only complaint I have.

Dang, the last chapter nearly made me cry. I had to catch myself. I'm usually not very emotional. Or, I guess I just don't show that side of me to anyone. But when there's a story like this involving things like hope and death it tends to really get to me.

You know, there was another story I read that was a lot like this one. It's called Concrete Angel, and it's another Ichigo/Rukia AU story. I don't want to talk too much about another story in your review, but I just thought you might like to read it. I enjoyed that story, too.

Anyways, keep up the good work. Don't let my complaints get to you, we all have things to work on, and I probably have a lot more problems than you. Heck, I haven't even written a story yet. I'm not short on inspiration, not at all. But I'm having trouble ironing all the details out. I'm a real perfectionist, I guess. Ah, but this isn't about me either. Sorry.

This is definitely not the Rukia or the Ichigo I know. The Rukia I know does not hide from her problems, is not ashamed of herself, is not an abusive person (she doesn't hit Ichigo that often, actually, like three times in all of the Bleach storyline?)... The Rukia I know is not ashamed of weakness. Wherever she is, or whatever she's doing, she justifies it because that's where her heart is. The Rukia I know does not wallow in self-pity or get angry at others because they have it better than her. The Rukia I know is a strong woman. The Rukia I've been reading for these first 6 chapters is not. Sure, it's normal to act like this as a teen, to be confused and having trouble dealing with your issues, but if you're going to make a character like that you shouldn't give her the name Rukia.

Also, Ichigo does not call her a bitch. And the two did not decide they loved each other a few days after meeting for the first time. Ok, so it's AU, but personalities are supposed to carry over, that's the point of giving them these names.

I'm sorry, I'm not dissing you, but these are things I suggest you think about in the future.

I love this story and I feel really bad for saying this and i know where your coming from but i REALLY hate you for killing off rukia! I'm sorry but you know.

A beautiful if sad story. Well done. It presented a rather unique view of the Ichigo/Rukia relationship, for which I praise you. Although I must say, I rather liked most of all the portrayal of Hisana. Since she's never been seen in the series its hard to pin down a personality for her, but I think you pretty much nailed it right on the forehead.

Wonderful story, even if the ending did make me cry :) Don't take that as a bad thing, I thought the ending was damn near perfect for the story. Thank you so much for posting it.
