Part of her wanted to leap at the suggestion and squeeze Catherine in a giant hug and go to her house for cookies and milk after school every day and for them to help each other with their homework. The other part of her wanted to run for the hills and never look back. She wasn't sure if now qualified as a time to get the hell out of Dodge. I don't know! I just liked how you wrote it.
