Wow. This is breathtaking, and refreshing from the usual view Death Note fanfic writers usually take on Misa.

A lot of people tend to overlook the tragedy present in Misa's life, as well as its effects on her, and instead hastily label her as annoying. This is the first time I've run into a fanfic that explored her in a really deep way, while maintaining a quality that one doesn't just find very often.

I love how you've mixed Misa's interrupted thoughts here - it reminds me of another author here named Saulie, in fact. Lol.

I love it but its so sad that it makes me depressed! aww... poor misa... i can see why she went back to kira for "hope" (ya hope...) aww... now i hate light cuz he was just so mean to her!! *sobs sobs* poor poor misa misa...

I love this, I really, really do.
Misa's pain here is so real, and I could see how much everything hurt her- esecially Light. She was crushed too many times. Seeing her go back to Kira and only Kira makes sense.
I can't get over how good this was, You've stripped Misa down to was she really is here, instead of any false hope, because at the end, that's all gone. :)

Honestly? I love this. Brilliant work, it describes Misa so well.

Oh wow, this is so amazing, it left me with such a powerful insight into Misa's world... It's pretty much accepted that Light and Misa just don't work together, but sometimes I feel the true sadness of Misa's situation is overlooked. Thank you for writing this. (*internal sniff*)
