Please, for the love of God, stop having Zephyr get raped in every other chapter! No one likes to read about a character they've grown to like getting used and abused. That's why this story isn't as popular as "A Series of Impossibilities." Megatron is coming off as weak and pathetic, which is sad for a character like him. At this point, I'm actually hoping Unicron obliterates them all just so they'll be put out of their collective misery.

Yes, rape is traumatic and sometimes traumatic things are necessary for character development but when you use it too often it just drives your readers away.
