I really like your story, I think it's really good. You have a good plot. But there is only one Kyuubi, which means nine tails (kyuu-nine, bi-tails). So Emio would have Gobi (five tails), and the Sound kid would have Hachibi(Eight tails). But overall your story has very few mistakes.

Seriously, if you plan on using an original character, don't make them a freaking mary sue, it ruins the entire story. And if you don't know what a mary sue is, look it up.
