Great story, I like how you took the development of the relationship between Kaname and Sousuke slowly and didn't rush it. In my opinion you portrayed Leonard quite well for him being in only 2 or so episodes in the actual anime. You certainly left room for a sequel and I am torn between wanting one and not wanting to see the things that Nathaniel said happen. Regardless thanks for the good story and best of luck in future stories.

Ah yes, the M16. I've fired one, and while it does have a recoil, it really isn't all that bad. A female can easily fire it. Lean into it, hold it snug to your shoulder, but keep relaxed. Breathe in, breathe half out...squeeze the trigger without jerking it. The reason the M16 isn't really suggested for beginners is because of the maintanence needed to keep it working. I'm actually surprised Rustam didn't have an AK-47. It certainly would fit the region, and his comments would be more correct...it's a 7.62mm assault rifle. It's also heavier than the M16. These are just observations, of course.

Yo yo yo! Your story was great, I really enjoyed it - I totally want to read this little after story that you mentioned.

I think you did a superb job with the characters, I know from experience how tricky it can be to write a "romantic" Sousuke, and I'm not even positive my attempt at it was spot on - but you did a great job. He was still confused but blundered through it in all honesty like the Sousuke we all know and love!

Kaname didn't beat him senseless like she does in so many fan fics, but there was a nice balance of her spazzing out on Sousuke and being normal - just like in the manga and anime.

Great job and I really hope you do post more of your work on here. There certainly isn't enough FMP! on this website! I have to tell you I was SO excited to see there were some new stories!

ah!! I so loved this story! It was such a roller coaster reading it, I can just imagine how much fun it was to write it!! I'm sad that it's all over now, but it ended on such a perfect note! I can't wait to read the 'mature' after story! I love a citrus in my quality reading! hopefully you'll have it up soon? lol
