I say put the chapter in. That's just as important as anything else in the story. It's almost like *spoilers for latest chapters I.E. b/w 390 and 402* the flip from Madara's exlination to Sasuke to the searching for sasuke after find the battle arena. *ends*

Even though it'll put the last chapter on an extended cliffhanger, it'll most likely draw people back because they will want to know what happened.

Oh my gosh, so much is happening! It so sad seeing Naruto giving up and I never saw the twist were Minato would be in the seal also! I really hope Kakashi, Sasuke and Sakura catch up to Naruto in time!
