i'm not so sure but there's no such word as perversity. i think perversion is the right word but that's acceptable. it's in a dialogue.
i love the way natsume comforts her. her spirits always raise with natsume's comments. add the way mikan reacts. puerile but cute! :D
hm, piece of advice, i think you could describe the settings and the characters more. i believe the story lacks descriptions of tangible things. plus be reminded with the timeline. i mean remind us when will the week get over. :)

hm, i think there are some parts where you did not fully explain the scenario, leading the readers (or maybe, just me) to confusion. example is the part where mikan saw hotaru first, than natsume. yes, i guess you're only saving the best for last but it seems that the blocking of the characters (in my own conception of the story) is vague.
but i honestly like the way you're manipulating the story. every event leads to something wacky. that's nice! :) you aren't letting readers to waste time with long blahblah's that are of very little importance. keep that up! :p
i've noticed one thing though. hotaru's reaction was illogical. knowing mikan's state of mind, i bet hotaru wouldn't be that brutal right? she could have killed her and hotaru wasn't a person who would kill someone "not in his/her right mind". especially mikan, her best friend. but i know this was just a part of plot advancements.
koko's remarks were funny. they're driving me nuts. nice choice of a "relieving character" here.

actually, this story's funny though i'm quite incredulous with regards to some parts.
but it is "kilig" coz' it's like in the manga! you rule on such aspect!
hm, no offense meant but perhaps you may consider your grammar, speeling, punctuation. you know, as they say, the "packaging" of the product. because the plot is wacky (though i think you're not actually into the seven days of mikan's studying's bad luck).
well, i'm gonna read chapters 4 and 5. my views may change. :)
