WOW dark story with light at the end. I just want to tell some things:
1. A human cannot survive only with water longer than 3 weeks.
2. Starvation causes infertility.
3. With all that blood loss, lack of fluids and unsterile procedures Sakura had to be long dead because of haemorrhagic shock and sepsis.

Anyway it's only fiction not reality.
Oh and I really like your story despite some flaws.

This is going to end Badly, be it just overwhelming phycological, brake down of angistyness

Death
It was a grim picture

But giving it a happy-ish ending, that made me smile

Well this is a good story! I'm am just a bit upset that Saskue died... but anyways keep it up! the story is nice!

1. longer chapters
2. pairings that don't include Sakura
3. gotta love traitors
4. I guess my idea earlier doesn't really work
5. SUMMONS!
6. you go too fast
7. some kind of weird link between the children that Orochimaru can't break, even with his soul in their bodies
8. Character deaths/mortal wounds are nice
9. I hate to say this, but there needs to be some happy stuff, too many dreary chapters tend to lead to the same thing and that doesn't keep ppl interested
10. once again, bring real life into your stories

You focus too much on the main characters, try to have things so that there are little things with other characters, even if they're just from the rookie nine, sheesh, and those little things with other characters are good for foreshadowing and important bits of info that is unavailable otherwise

15. But, you don't have to listen to someone you filed a police report on XD
