Stupid prejudice! I think this was one of the main themes that drew me into Sensei Takahashi's writing. While it was dealing with "other worldly" beings, it still addressed very real conflicts. And although, I hate that they should have to run, I can see the need for self-preservation.

As much as I loathe the angst, I appreciate the excellent writing.
