Looked genuine enough for me, from BOTH sides (Even if Azula did have a hand in it). ^^ other than that your story is a good read. |

I admit, I couldn't help the huge 'sque!' that escaped when Mai and Zuko kissed, I really wasn't expecting it, but I hadn't considered your take on it. I really hope that there aren't any hidden intentions to this. Mai/Zuko is my favourite ship =). Great fic. I' love to see you write more as the new plots unfold. |

Watching the premiere, I also had the distinct feeling that Mai just might not have the patience to deal with Zuko's inner conflicts, even if there might still be mutual attraction between them (a leftover from a childhood crush, really). And Azula must have had her hands in this, too. So yeah, this story reflects my thoughts exactly. I doubt that a relationship between Mai and Zuko would and up being lasting or even meaningful. |
