| bloodredcherry 2007-12-01 ch 1, | abuse"Please, be real. Tell me I didn't imagine you the way I imagined Colby had my back all this time. Please." That is one of the saddest lines I have ever read. This story was superb, you really felt how upset she was. |
| Perri Smith 2007-11-30 ch 1, | abuseWow, this was really well done. Gorgeous, gorgeous Megan voice, but she didn't really break my heart until she went looking for Larry. Very well-done Larry and Megan interaction, thank you for sharing this. |
| Jelsemium 2007-10-21 ch 1, | abuseExcellent story! I really like how you portray Megan and Larry. I think you really captured Megan's pain and confusion about the Janus List. One minor error. Colby DID tell her that he was moving the witness. "You lay down cover, I'll go move Naomi." (And it makes sense for Colby to move her, their job was to protect the witness.) |
| NakedQuidditchFan 2007-10-07 ch 1, | abuseGreat piece. So wonderfully emotional that I can't really describe it. Really good. |
| Sarai 2007-10-06 ch 1, | abuseI like it. |
| ALEO 2007-09-23 ch 1, | abuseExcellent! You've nailed Megan's character and given us a snapshot of her thoughts after the betrayal. Megan has had a rough year, kidnapped and nearly bleeding out, secret unhappy work with the DOJ and then being left to fend for herself against assassins as a result of Colby's traitorous actions. It's all here, logically dealt with and she's comforted by the quirky and wise Larry. |
| mari4212 2007-09-23 ch 1, | abuseBeautiful. I truly felt Megan's grief and anger here, her shock and pain. And Larry's comfort and companionship was perfectly in character for him, slightly odd but with much wisdom and grace. |
| Schuyler Lola 2007-09-23 ch 1, | abuseThat was lovely. I really enjoyed it. Especially the last line. So perfect. I love your Megan and Larry. |
| MaeLace 2007-09-23 ch 1, | abuseThat was a really awesome story. |
| Magister Equitum 2007-09-23 ch 1, | abuseThis was beautifully written and very much in tune with the characters themselves. Much thought has been given to Colby, but not to Megan and her afterthoughts of the whole ordeal and her stint with the DOJ. You did a wonderful job of this piece, of not quite answering the question itself, but giving us a little more closure into her thought process. Fabuluous job. |
