Lots going on, looks as if the danger clarified some decisions for them. Liked the decision to stay together, of course; should be interesting to see how Siri handles the physical limitations that pregnancy brings ... need for extra sleep being one. It'll be all new territory for her, as she would not have had Jedi friends to compare symptoms with, etc.

Wow. I loved how you showed that Obi-wan truly wants to be with Siri, and be the father he is supposed to be, and protect them both, but he was planning on letting them go, to protect them. Gosh, strong, emotionaly charged.

Poor Siri, I hope she pulls out of this, with just minor head injuries. I love how Obi-wan was prepared to die along with her, although all hope of the Jedi would be lost since there would be none to train Luke...

Your protrayl of Siri as small, and Obi-wan as aging and ridden with arthritis, is slighly crest-fallen. They are shadows of the glorious people they once were, and that saddens me. I wish to see them strong, and vibrant once more. Maybe this new little one will shed some of the years off, and keep them young.

Wonderful chapter! The action shows them as Jedi still, living and trying to do what's best for the galaxy, and then being blindsided by danger. I really liked the baby's voice and acceptance of a difficult life that Siri had. And the notice of both of them aging somewhat out of the parental stage of life.
