Oh, I like this one a lot. The little bit at the end with the pneumonia made me laugh my ** off, actually. But I'm really awed by the small conversation Yugi had with Yami in the mirror-- at first I couldn't follow who was talking, Solomon or Yugi, but I read it over and I finally understood. Blame me and my partially melted-brain.

I think I'll add this one to my favorites. It was just cute, in a way, and thought-provoking. I liked the way you made this into a sort of post-Death-T analysis sort of thing, and desite its shortness, I thought it was good. Honestly, maybe the shortness helps the reader appreciate the moment in time more.
