Normally when I see a fic written in present tense, I don't bother reading it. But, wow! Wow, indeed. I'm in love with this, I honestly am. Very well written; just enough material to form a visual, but still enough space to allow the mind to wander and fill in the gaps with one's own preference. A very promising style.

This is most definitely winning a spot in my favs. Epic fic. Purely epic.

Very hot, although sometimes it was confusing with the dialogues, it's not so clear who is speaking sometimes. I get who is who, but it's a little more complicated than I think it should be.

Kakashi slamming him against the wall is good, it's strong. It was nice to read, I enjoyed.

I haven't read any fanfiction in many long months. This one... while you say it's very similar to 'And After', which I read a while back (so my memory might be fuzzy), the feel I got from this was rather different. Less self-loathing and more exasperation/helplessness, I think. It's hard to pinpoint exactly. Of course, the basis of almost all KakaSasu stories revolves around Kakashi and his guilt, but I still like this piece - the way it's portrayed, and perhaps also because there's been such a lull in this pairing lately. I leave, as always, in anticipation of more.

OMG! I love it! Ah, forbidden love! You never see enough of this pairing!
