See, now - here's what TV needs. I really love NCIS as a show, but Tony's character has always been so ... annoying. He was always over the top, but a story like this puts it back where it belongs, because it shows a better side to the man, one that illustrates he could suffer pain and angst, and maybe he could grow up, too.

I am not a fan of 'ship stuff, but this is well-done because it's left open-ended, with all the possibilities of resolution down the road. I could just see Tony whacking his head on the steering wheel, too!

Kudos and a gold star yet again!

You know, I wasn't sure how I felt about this relationship until "Knockout". Now I wish they would explore it more (probably why I'm finding some of these older Jeanne fics.) It was a well written story that flowed well. I enjoyed reading it.

I love this, I just...love it so much.

Very nicely done! There's been a lot of speculation on the NCIS lists about the missing Jeanne -- most of them are hoping she's gone forever because Gibbs and Tony should be together, forever -- but ... /chuckle.

At any rate, well done. Very nicely put together; the emotions are clear and well written and, no matter how you feel about Jeanne, Tony is still coming to grips with his part in the assignment.
