LOL! Stunning and so nicely in character, in voice; a real treat of an adventure. Told from the pov of my fave character, Sam - priceless. Lots to like here, esp Sam's never-give-up attitude and her solid soldier mode; that's my girl. And the story works well as a team fic, too. The little peek at Sam's early schooling was excellent in detail, mood and presaging.
