I must say, I am absolutely surprised that you have only one review.

It was a very good story, and I loved the hints of Jonas and Kira in there. It's nice to see, and the only relationship from the Giver which I prefer. So many times you see a Kira/Thomas, or a Jonas/Fiona, or *cringe* a Jonas/Asher [really, what are people thinking?]

But this story was very enjoyable. I really liked how Jonas seemed a bit more...boyish and childish than others. I'm guessing that this was before he became an older, more respected Leader.

That is a question I have, though. How old are they when this story occurs?

Wonderful story, and it would be great to see this turned into something more than a one-shot.
