This is a good story. Hope you get the chance to write more chapter sometime.

Hello again PPG. I read this a while back and I forgot to review so I may have forgotten some of the details, but, here it goes. This fic has some serious potential. Ash's father creating possibly sinister genetic experiments? Cool story line!! Where'd he go? Where did Joe come from? Did Ash ever know/remember his father or Joe? What will happen to Katherine and her brother? So many questions. Yet again, I'm a little bugged at the suggestion that the Pikachu family isn't very intelligent or have any moral sense: and I quote "Pokémon don’t have a moral perspective, a sense of duty to anyone other than their trainers. The wife of his former trainer I may be, but no member of the pikachu family has a good enough memory to remember someone from fourteen years ago." Do me a favor and stop with the put-downs on the Chu's cerebral capacity. Also, when I was getting this quote I noticed the way Ash's mom was talking: "What the hell"? Mrs. Ketchum is the sweetest, nicest, most maternal and caring person I've ever seen! A mother Kangaskan would be green with envy! She'd never say stuff like that, and she'd never talk that way to a Pokemon, let alone her husbands (Who she's currently looking for) old Pokemon, who just HAPPENS to appear. I liked how she goes and searches for her husband on her aniversary though, that was cool. The mystery of her husband's dissapearance is such a tantallizing ... can't think of the word... for lack of a better word, possible plot outlet. Will Ash ever enter into this story? Will Pikachu and Joe meet? What will happen if they do? Another good story to write when you're not writing Paws for Alarm. Hoping for more updates...
