Beautiful and romantic. And very Luna

That's really sweet. I'm a fan of the Luna/Neville pairing, and this is a great fic. Quick thing, though.

"There was a collection of ash trees down on the edge of the forest, and so she’d gone there as soon as she could, and found the tree that most resembled what she thought she wanted, someone strong and true and kind, and although she’d found strong and true, kind was harder to tell in trees, and so she’d picked the one that seemed to have the most birds nesting in it, and settled for that."
I don't mean to be harsh, but this sentence stuck out to me as rather awkward. It's awfully long, and it feels like a bunch of clauses strung together by commas and "ands." I think that with just a little rewording and breaking up into smaller sentences, you could make it something a bit less clunky and a bit more flowy.

Otherwise, great fic! Oh, and I'd like a poppy from Sirius.

it's just lovely, a stunning characterization of both neville and luna. (I hold out that N/L is canon, lol) I love how you've humanized Luna, and really made her realiztic--I've always felt that JK never really let her character have the gravity I think she could posess.

That was such a beautiful story, I'm glad that Luna and Neville ended up together instead of with Hannah and Rolf. This was such a magical oneshot, their love is so strong it makes me feel sorry that they never got together in the books.

But atleast I'll have cute fics like this to console me! Great job!

So, so beautiful. I’m in love with the fairy-tale like ring to your words; your strong but gentle Neville, and your whimsical Luna. I love how the kiss is so…tranquil and quiet but strong enough to link them to each other for years. And I think a parrot is *perfect* for Luna by the way :p

Very sweet. First Neville/Luna story I've read, and I liked it. They really do seem well suited - they're both such gentle souls - and I like the way you write them.
Not sure what HP character I want my flower from: I love Harry, Neville, and Remus the most. (I suppose Remus is more appropriate for me, age-wise, and his character does seem to have more depth, so maybe he's my guy. But I'll let him choose the flower!)

Aww, that was lovely. Too bad J.K. has since dashed any theories of their canon future. I think Neville/Luna is so sweet.
