What a powerful last sentence. One wonders what would happen if they'd gone at a different time. But any later and I guess there wouldn't be a real Earth to have return to. Rose really did save the world.

That was adorable, and then the end made me gasp out loud. So sad, and what a wonderful way to hint at Doomsday and the wide-ranging effect it has on the Doctor (I've never thought about Rose's disappearance affecting his desire for domesticity before) without actually saying what happened. Lovely =D

Aww it was so sweet! After reading it, it makes me a little sad that the Doctor had lost Rose. When I watched Doomsday for the first time I BAULED my eyes out. My rbother has yet to watch the second season. Well anyway, LOVED the story :-D

Y'know, there seems to be a universal truth when it comes to generalized DRose fics. The whole thing is sweet and gushy and generally "Aw!"-tastic, then you get to the last line and there's a Doomsday reference that makes you wanna cry.

Loved this, though - even if the truth proved true in it. ;P Really love how he blames it all on breakfast, too - that's just gold right there. xD
