i like the story. could you maybe put like some dashes between the storylines when they change? like for example:

She gives him a reassuring nod and climbs to her feet.

-

Scott finishes his phone call with Storm and hangs up.

just a suggestion. it would help clear my confusion. lol. i have to backtrack a paragraph every time to figure out where the story is going.

Poor Rogue, still very hurt by everything that's happened. I did more research and found out the back story of Foxx, so this makes sense. I'm happy about that, amazing what you can google lol.
