I personally love empty buildings, there's such a mystery about them. So, Malachi and Jess? One minute, he's got his hands wrapped around her throat, the next their making out amidst her bleeding wrists...that's hot,LOL. Seriously, I love the way that you're touching on Malachi's conflicted emotions. It's interesting to know what's driving him. Anyway, good chapter.

I know I shouldn't bother you with something like this, but a lot of people (myself included) are desperate for an update. Please. You are a wonderous writer, and you display feelings and write events at the exact right moment so that I don't become bored. In fact, I haven't become bored at all, even though I've read this whole story around four times. I know, wierd. Anyway, I hope you update soon, for I semi-patiently await the next part to this wonderful fiction.

I am surprised you double-posted, which makes up for your absence, and I had fun reading the two chapters. The one problem I am finding is how everyone is scared of Malachi. Usually, when people like Malachi bully others, there's always going to be some kind of mutiny. I wonder why that hasn't happened yet. That would've been an interesting twist, since I have yet to read where ANYONE does that to him, and giving Jess some more 'feelings' for him. ~Snuffie

Your portrayal of Malachai is beyond interesting; I love reading about him the most. Your grammar, as always, is impeccable. I still can't really tell how the story is going to go. You've definitely caught my attention in that aspect. Hope to see another chapter soon!

SnuffSnuff 2008-03-24 ch 8,	abuseI was gonna say I credited you in this new COTC fic I reviewed, but since the writer deleted it in shame, I guess not. This isn't a bad fic, certainly this was a very intersting chapter. I got tired of the lack of blood offerings that was common in stereotypical cults, so that's a point for you for slight originality. I mean, I've seen it in movies, but this is the first time I seen it in a story so well pulled off. Isaac just feels creepy here, and I was starting to miss that creep feel, instead of the typical, predictable feel I thought I was getting somewhere else. Eternal Youth? That's new. I'm actually liking this fic. I can't wait to see the rebuttal. ~Snuffie
Marina Barrett 2008-03-21 ch 8,	abuseHm... Funny, I was just about to pick up Interview w/ the Vampire b/f I read this. Seriously, this was a great chapter, very imaginitive. The more I read Issac's scenes, the more I wonder what sort of drugs his mother did while pregnant with him. Your nod to romantic comedies was so fuuny b/c it was so true. If only I wasn't such a sucker for them. Thanks for a great update. Please post again soon.
