OMG!! It was so sweet and romantic, I just loved it!! but it seems so surreal the capacity of loving someone with such intensity and determination, Severus is and example of how all men should love jajajaja Lol anyway i just loved your fic a lot, hope you continue writting the others as soon as you can and Good Luck! =)

Story: 6.75/10. The story has pretty good pacing and it is a rather enjoyable read, but I really feel that it doesn't tell the readers much that we already know. Yes, in a fic of this type you have to use information that is already known -- that's the point -- but there is also a lot of room for creativity that you don't take full advantage of.

Characters: 8.25/10. I wouldn't have characterized Snape as quite so sappy, but it is certainly a valid interpretation after DH, and in general, I think he is very in character. Dumbledore is good as well.

Creativity: 6.5/10. Again, I don't feel that you tell us enough that we don't already know and this isn't the most original fic idea in the world anyway. Still, the ending was interesting and there were a few original details.

Writing: 7.5/10. Strangely, some chapters seem to be better written than others. At parts, the writing is beautiful, but at others your sentences are awkward and your dialogue somewhat stiff.

Believability: 8.5/10. In general, the story feels very believable realistic, though you sort of play it safe so it's not that hard. I do think that utilizing the world around Snape more could draw the reader more into the fic.

Overall: 7.5/10. A nice fic with good characterization. My biggest problem is, again, that you play it safe and don't give the reader a lot of new information that could not be gleaned from the books.

I'm crying despite having a bad cold, making me get a worse cold. What shall I say? This is soo beautiful. So lovely. Severus is the best with your portrait of him. Just wonderful. *sniff*

you have created a snape fan... i was reading this with my sister.. she's quite indifferent to snape.. but now she has become his fan...
The idea of patronus turning into a happy memory was brilliant...
after reading this chapter, the lines, "after all this time?".. "always" make more sense and meaning to me...

keep writing... :) hoping for more such great fan-fics..

"keep breathing and i'll stay alive"... This evokes the same sense of desperation and a feeling of apprehension and remorse as the line "I can not live without my life! I can not live without my soul!" from wuthering heights ... and i'm quite curious to know the muggle lupin attacked.

you have truly stepped into snape's shoes.. like harry who had the feeling he knew nothing of dumbledore after he read the obituary by elphias doge i feel that all along i didn understand the true difficulty of snape's job until i read this chapter..

This is one of the most amazing fan fics i've ever read.. being a snape fan it gives a poignant account of what he was going through... The deepest nature and nuances of the human mind and its varied dilemmas was very accurately conveyed..(did i say conveyed.. i could vividly picturise it.. kudos...)...

Oh, that was really nice. I'm going to recommend to the RL administrators that they add this to the archive. It deserves to be there. I hope you write more fanfics. You have a real talent. Well done!

2007-10-31 . chapter 5
"Keep breathing and I'll stay alive." That's very powerful. And that business about Remus attacking someone. That's quite interesting. I hope you explain that a bit more in a future chapter. Guess I'll have to keep reading to find out!

2007-10-31 . chapter 4
This was really creepy. It would be nice to think there are no people this evil in the world, but as a student of history I certainly know otherwise and one doesn't even need to reach back in time to find things like this anyway as it's going on all over the world. I liked the premonition of Snape's own death that he witnessed. As I say, creepy, but very well done!

2007-10-30 . chapter 3
Interesting that Severus thinks of "Potter and 'his' son. He doesn't like think of Harry as Lily's at all, does he? I always had that feeling in the books too, especially because Harry looked so much like James, that Snape's resentment of him flowed from that source. But how agonizing it must have been for him to see HER eyes staring out of THAT face all those years. Poor Severus. You've done an excellent job of really capturing his spirit in this piece. And I see that Halloween is approaching. Oi!

You know, I always assumed that Snape's original patronus was probably a bat! Doesn't seem like this one is very strong, though. I really like the way you've drawn these characters. They seem very true to canon and Snape is especially vivid. I'm looking forward to reading more.

Wow! This is really well written. I saw your request on the RL and decided to give this story a try. You've really captured Snape. I'm looking forward to reading more and seeing what these "private lessons" are all about.
