Cute! I loved the exchange in the end- it was a perfect ending for this fic. And Chase's deductions and what he thinks of Foreman and Cameron is dead on.

Nicely done! I especially like the ending; if only Chase and House can get to that point where they can laugh together.

Anyway, you asked for concrit, so I'll just mention a couple of formatting rules. The descriptor of the person talking should be in the same paragraph as that person's dialogue. So in the section:

“I wanted to see how the prospective Ducklings were handling you. Can’t have them breaking down before they’re even hired. Seems they’ll do alright though, as soon as they learn to think outside the box.” House snorted and narrowed his eyes.

“You seem entirely too happy about my new pets. They’re mine to torture and I won’t share.”

The line "House snorted and narrowed his eyes" should be in the next paragraph with his dialogue, to make clear who's talking.

Also, two characters speaking requires a separate paragraph for each. So the last paragraph, with House and Chase each having lines, should be separated into two paragraphs.

Great closing line! I love the dialogue between the two. I'm really hoping for lots of tension and animosity between these two for episodes to come. We need fic fodder!
