Whew...good updates! Glad Denise and Eames talked it out. At least now she knows how he feels --and have finally admitted how she feels, too. I kinda felt sorry for Denise, but she's strong -- and at least made the ethical decision. Looks like it's up to Maggie to bring these two together! Good stuff!

that was raw and authentic. i cried for bobby! and i felt for both denise and alex as they talked. what a mess when people's timing is so out of sync. denise has done the right thing every step of the way. she is very selfless. poor bobby tried to do the right thing; he just can't help his feelings. i can't blame him for what he did at the end. he and the woman he picked up are both in pain and settling for numbness. thank goodness he has maggie in his life!

A really poignant chapter, one which makes your heart reach out to Bobby, but in my case it goes out to Eames and her turmoil. I do wonder how and when and what circumstances she tells Goren about “that” night or will he remember….

Have you ever heard Lee Ann Womack's "The Fool"? This song cycled through on my iPod playlist today and as I listened to it a 2nd time It struck me as being 100% Denise's song throughout this story. Her prospective on Bobby and Alex and herself.

I'm 100% for Bobby and Alex, but I really love the way you've portrayed Denise throughout your stories. I'd love to see her get her happy ending when all is said and done.

Thanks goodness Maggie wanted to see her Uncle Bobby--or more likely that Mommy was worried to death about him. Besides, engagement interruptus is a good thing if Bobby was out with a harpie the night before.
