Just wanted to let you know that I think you've got a great story idea and have done a good job getting it started. I've never particularly considered Hotch having romantic feelings towards Elle, but I think they are very similar in the way they handle their emotions in general and the way they do their jobs. I think on the show they tended to have a lot of respect for each other, and I think he was very affected by what happened to her and her leaving the team. You've done a good job portraying that, and it's something that I like to see explored in fan fic, because the show just quit mentioning her pretty much. Anyway, sorry to ramble, but keep up the good work :)

Ok, so I'm not an Elle/Hotch fan, but I liked the start of this anyway. The idea of Elle as a victim in their case is interesting.
