This is bascially why i think he didn't speak, too, so it's nice to find someone else who thought the same. I especially liked the way you incorporated what Iroh was thinking in between what Zuko was saying. (Nice job with turning the phrase "Rome wasn't built in a day" into something that could fit in the Avatar world, btw.) |

This episode made me so sad! >_< I felt like crying when I saw poor Iroh in that cell (of course later I was glad that he's still as kick but as usual and keeping himself in shape despite the bad circumstances). Why did Zuko betray the one family left (I think) that actually cares about him? Anyway, I thought this was a really nice little oneshot. ^^ It certainly explains Iroh's behavior in a beliveable manner, especially since I can't see Iroh ignoring Zuko just because he's mad/sad/frustrated at him. Well, I enjoyed the fic. Thank you for writing it. *bows* |

It was wonderfully done! You might want to vary your sentence lengths, though - most of them were very short, making the writing seem kind of stilted. Apart from that, lovely story :) |

Shown us readers your interpretation of what Zuko was thinking as he spoke to his uncle or something like that. I liked this one though. Liked it much indeed!
