I didn't want to contact you via a review, but all the email addys I have for you bounced. :P So, yesterday I spent the best part of a very boring day at a temp job searching the web to find the Song Series (I was so in the mood for some schmoopy romance). I didn't succeed until this morning, and then only with the help of the Internet Wayback Machine, since both Dyce's Corner and the W&J archive are gone.

And so I'm begging you again (it's been awhile since I begged you, a few years at least!) -- will you allow me to set up a proper, permanent archive for your X fic? If you'd like me to put the rest of it on there too, I'll do so happily, but... please? It's scattered all over the place, and often on defunct archives and it makes me *nuts* because everyone should be able to easily read the awesomeness! And seriously, I've been out of work for months, and I could use a nice, big project to work on. () Let me know, please?

Is this the end, or is there more? Not that that's a bad place to stop, but I'm loving this story so much. I love how the writing style feels like Whedon, and how the characters are spot on, and just...everything. Awesome.

I first read your series a while ago, and it's high time that I commented. It is one of the most amazing and well-done River/Jayne story I've ever seen. You handled the slow growth of their relationship from friendship to romance perfectly. I love your characterization of River and her slow progression towards sanity. I particularly liked some of the more... juvenile moments between River and Jayne. (Especially that dinner scene in chapter 3 of Kinship.)

I also really like your inner River dialogue. Lines like "[Wash grinned] as he danced along the edge of danger with levity to keep him from falling" really captures what the inside of her mind must be like.

This is probably my all-time favourite Firefly fanfic and thank you for writing it.

I can't express how much I've really enjoyed this series. I was actually upset to see it was the last chapter. Thank you so much for writing such a fantastic series, it's been a real pleasure to read. :)

I have just finished this & most of your other Firefly stories, and I have LOVED them! (It's now 4:50 am and I've been reading since about 8 pm last night, that's how much I've loved them! {grin}) Thank you SO MUCH for writing such wonderful work! Just wanted to let you know that I love this series!! I read "Two Gorram Days" a while ago and loved it! Wasn't until recently that I found out that you'd continued it! I really, really, really hope that you continue!

I don't think I can tell you how much I've enjoyed this series. It's so hard to find River/Jayne fic that I'm actually willing to buy, but this is just perfect. I loved the slow build-up of the relationship between the two of them and way that things developed as a result of their relationship. I pretty much read this series non-stop, because I couldn't stop. Thanks so much for writing something that was so much fun to read!

I was just re-reading this series for about the eight-thousandth time and I was wondering if this was the end or if your muse is being difficult? I really hope to read more from you soon. You have a wonderful gift for capturing the voice of each character perfectly, not to mention that you saved the life of Wash and Book. An action that has made you VERY dear to my heart. Do you watch Dollhouse, it's a Joss Whedon show with alum's from each of his shows, when Alan T. arrived I spent several minutes after the epi mumbling things like 'Wash, what, how, my sweet Wash no!' I was quite traumatized! ;) Anyway, hope to read more from you soon.

I never expected to read a River/Jayne fic, but this one is so well written and well characterized that here I am, five fics and goodness knows how many chapters later, still reading. Good job.
