VERY nice. i love orosasu fics, there just needs to be so many more of them... i like the ending, but i have to say i was hoping for lemons. you described orochimaru's thoughts wonderfully; i love the fics where he lusts after sasuke. but anyway, great job.

It was very interesting to read this slightly different side of Orochimaru here. He's still obsessed, still has that creepy-ness around him and yet he knows that his obsession isn't normal and that's what makes him different here, makes him decent. His worry pictured his obsession even more and yet made him even more human at the same time.
OroSasu pairing is really interesting and amazing if it's well written and it was a huge pleasure to read your story. I loved the way you described his feelings for Sasuke, because it wasn't love, in my opinion it can't even be love, because I just can't imagine them loving each other, love's just not the right word and yet the feeling (or the combination of feelings) is just as strong.
The ending was brilliant, made it complete yet open for you to imagine what had happened. Really really amazing, I just wish there would be more stories from Orochimaru's view ~(:

I love Orochimaru's obsession and his barely-there restraint, the way he makes his thoughts seem so casual and normal, but at the same time being aware that they are not, and Sasuke's seeming ignorance. It's short and simple, but still delicious. Wonderful.
