poor pidgeot, interesting that you used pidgeot instead of a starter for this, they're not really used often (just like most early caught pokemon). loved the perspective.

I don't know why, but for some odd reason I thought of Gary's Pokemon when I read this. Go figure. That was interesting. Now what I want to hear (or write) is something about a Pokemon who is confined to life in a Pokemon box, never seeing the light of day, wondering, hoping, dreaming that one day its trainer will bring it out and let it once more feel the warm rays of the sun dancing across it...ohh-kay, went a LITTLE overboard on that one.

That one made 'ya think. Very good, and I love your fics. They are all really good and I didn't like dark pokemon fics much, and out of the few of the other authors' stories' I've read, yours are amoung the best. Great story and keep up the great work.

I love these depressing fics... I dunno why. Probably a combo of things. A, aftershock of iced tea high. B, it makes me think. Though, a fic I'm thinking of, that I've decided to start... will be dark. I've already established that they probably do eat Pokemon, how else would they have those double-cheesburgers? But how do the Pokemon feel, and what about the people who do the slaughtering? Pidgeots are supposed to be free, not condemned to a pokeball. And they shouldn't fear their trainers. My Eevee Wildwolf wasn't that strong at first, but I worked with it, and now it's one of my strongest, and most loyal Pokemon.

I would never do that to a Pokemon. In my game, after I catch it, If I don't want to battle with it, I release it back into the wild.

Your a wonderful writer and I love reading your Pokemon POVs, they are soooo moving. You always put the right amount of feeling into them and they are just great to read, the trainer in the story kinda reminds me of when I first played the game, I did that, though I like to think I've mended my ways. .;
