mach, You totally ROCK. The epilog was a perfect finish to the story. I enjoyed the humorous first part, on the stage. Poor Matt with yet another pesty fan.

Another excellent story from my very favorite Gunsmoke fanfic author. What an exciting, delicious journey. That Sierra Cimarron had me worried there for a minute (and what a great name, by the way). Your story couldn't have ended on a better note (a beautiful love scene between the marshal and his redhead, in which Dillon actually professes his love without hesitation). This one gets added to the list that's headed up by 'Haunted Heart', of my all time favorite stories. Thank you again. I'm looking forward to going back and reading this entire piece from beginning to end.

This story was wonderful and actually didn't need an epilogue. Then again THIS particular type of epilogue is always good for the heart, soul and beyond!

I just finished the last two chapters together. Oh, so much said with relatively few words! I love the opening of the epilogue; I feel for Matt but sometimes he just needs to be put on the spot. Great work!

Mach, You love to make me cry. Dang! this is a real tear jerker. I was laughing through tears ( my favorite emotion), By the end of this chapter. And Kitty smothering Matt with kisses was a perfect way to leave it, I am awaiting the next chapter. Oh! I must admit it was nice, not to have to hear that little snots ( Salona )name mentioned, what with all this real emotion going on between these good people. The mere mention of her name would have tarnished the mood. thanks Kat...
