Actualy there is a few buakuXIshi fanfics, byaku's a convict and Ishida is his lawyer but i like this one better, ^_^

Wow, I was just thinking on a good pair for Byakuya for a fic I'm planning, and out of anything Ishida came in my mind...and so I come to ffnet and find out that is indeed a fic with this pairing, your! *amazed* And it's so bloody good, congratulation! I can picture both Byakuya and Ishida like in the canon, despite their unexpected (and very hot, let me assure you) relationship!
