This chapter wasn't bad... It's just that... Well, I think that my interest in this series has greatly waned, so it's not that interesting to me anymore. Keep up your work, though. After all, you are a great writer.

Honestly, I really, really like this. ^_^ Just goes to show that there's nothing wrong with the whole Alex-revival idea, just that you handle it in new ways and it's well-written. I'm going to say this is one of the most promising GS fics I've seen recently... the whole idea of a destroyed-and-rebuilt world, ruled by Alex in an entirely new manner, is awesome.
And whomg, GS characters reincarnated. ^_^ I recognize Guinvere as Jenna, Jay as... Garet? Isaac? Daichi is Felix, if I'm reading that right - which is lolarious, non-incest Felix/Jenna. Yay for now-workable pairings!

Zephyr = Ivan, Calliope = Sheba, and Juno is... either Hamma or Ivan's mother. Either way, yayz for unknown dynamics!
And, there's a nice theme of judgement for past lives, there. Instead of being showered with everything she could ever want, Sheba is now largely ignored by her parents. =(
Also, MAJOR ownage on the Lumerian plotline. Own. Age. And also, hay Piers. 8D

Ironic, back when I was writing a continuation for Golden Sun, I had thought of a 'Dark One' idea very similar to yours.
