AHAHA The first chapter was hilarious. Poor Sousuke xD I love how he doesn't know when to shut up. And Kurz's little plan with Melissa was so funny xD I loved this so much. Fics like this are such a treat to read.

I really enjoyed this fic. It had enough of everything FMP! in it that it could be an OVA for the series, a good play with japanese language (halisen and harisen), Kurtz and Mao trickery and betting, acute mental image of a neko-Kaname, bickering between Tessa and Kaname, Sousuke flexing his otaku and blockheadedness, and references to pop culture (Seinfeld quote). Kurtz's antagonizing was pure gold and I always figured Mardukas as a soap opera guy, but Tessa and Springer?, well I never would have guessed Bel was a fan of anime...

Anyway, the only real complaint I have is that I think the TDD-1 is underpriced, the USS George H. W. Bush cost only $500,0,0 less than her, though I havn't read all books, so maybe it's me who's mistaken.

...er, I wasn't sure if it was a typo, or some sort of weird thing that the Commander has going on, but

"Mardukas nodded his heads."

...you mean "heads" as in plural? Maybe on the outside he's a stoic naval officer but inside he's even worse than Kurz? o.O;;

Good to see you're still alive. It was good, but same deal as many of your other recent fics. You're adding all this completely irrelevant history for explanations. There's also virtually no reason that Sousuke would know all these things about cats. As a kid, he was more likely to have been catching and EATING them than learning about their behavior.

Also, separating cats doesn't really help all that much. In a territorial dispute, it can be momentarily useful, but chances are that it will happen again. I say this as an aspiring Veterinary Behaviorist.

Ah haha very very well done. Glad you're continuing this as its hugely entertaining. Just the mental pictures you've been able to make the reader come up with from reading this is a huge entertainment factor heh. Great work with this one.

Poor Sosuke, it seems that he never seems to have any luck. Although this time, it is not entirely his fault.

Still, Mardukas really does have a cruel streak, even if he was actually trying to help the boy.

That was just as hilarious... and Mao and Weber... lol... knowing how stiff Mardukas is, I'm shocked to see them so laxed around him... ha! But it backfired. Ahh another great dave-d FMP story. Very in character this one haha especially the nice longwinded explanation about well practically everything. From cat fights to dog fights to aerial combat tactics to cat fights again, an epilouge of the results of the two ladies finding their common enemy would also be quite entertaining I'm sure. Great little story here.

Yup, Sousuke would certainly have gotten himself in trouble in a situation like that. Still, the girls did quit fighting with each other, at least for the moment.

Nice, as usual. And I knew I had read this before, in one version or another, maybe even way back on the Amalgam Forums, or what not. Thought I was losing my memory till I read the note at the bottom!
