So now whenever i hear that song I'm going to think of Seifer and Hayner making out? That is a confusing notion. But, yah, not a bad one.
Seriously though, this is amazing, you have a really imaginative writing style that made me wish heaps and heaps for the story to keep going.

And, I seriously doubt you're going to write a sequel -- seeing as it's been a year -- but...if ever the shadow of that thought crosses your mind...SEIZE IT. It would be epical.
