A fascinating idea! As a lover of both CoM and LotR, I've found these two chapters an interesting read. Unfortunate that you haven't been able to continue it in some time. I have noticed that you're still relatively active on FF.net, though. Perhaps you would consider revisiting this at some point?

That is awesome! The most interesting combination I ever read. realize that such a good story probobly takes time, but you have to write more! Also, can you maybe explain the middle and outer earth, and what happened to inner earth?

haha the hobbits were soo funny with their poetry.. poor sandry.. but still hilarious.. anyway, I never read the lord of the rings books, but I did read the hobbit and I saw the movies (who hasn't?).. I think you do all the characters very well LOTR and Circle.. Nice job! Amazing chapter and update soon please!

I really like what you're doing with this. It's well rounded, and I like how the hobbits "flatter" Sandry with food analogies. It's very hobbit-like.

Me again, sorry, but is it totally wrong for me to think that Tris and Gandalf go well together? I couldn't help but think of it as I was reading. I believe however that he is much to old for her and this shall remain only in my imagination... right, I'm really sorry for my rambles... good job!

Oh my Gosh! That was so worth the wait, you have weaved the two tales together EXTREMLY well, and it doesn't seem overly one of the storylines, like focusing on LOTR or the Circle people. You wouldn't think that they'd go together so well! I am uterly amazed, and am now looking forward to it SO much. And the antics of poor Sandry and the hobbits, but I really can't express how good this is... it's well... I don't know! Um, the best thing since the LOTR!
