Please do indulge in your Bleach fanboyism more, I totally enjoyed reading this piece (your use of my favorite character in Bleach has a big role in this praise). I also liked the fact that you got his personality right and stayed true to his canon-self.
Pen Against Sword 2007-10-22 ch 1,	abuseHmm, I'd like to say once more, dear beta, that you are a sly dog. Thought I wouldn't catch that purple duck pajamas thing, did you? Well, THINK AGAIN! A little bit of concrit before I launch into the praise: "Aizen apparently doesn’t want me going out and causing a row."--This line from Grimmjow rang a little oddly to me. Somehow, reading it, and then reading it again, it doesn't really sound like Grimmjow. Don't change it if you are satisfied with it, of course. I just wanted to put my in my two cents. -...then bodily slamming his head into his enemy’s...- --Wait, wait. Bodily slamming his head? Now, onto the rest, since I didn't see anything else that needed addressing. I don't know if I am interpreting the ending correctly, so maybe I'm just having a thick-headed night, but am I right in believing that Aizen set up Grimmjow on that little excursion to teach him a lesson? And oh-em-gee, the PERFECT FIGHT! Grimmjow? Kenpachi? Holy crap, batman! I was riveted! Every little detail was very fun to keep track of, and it really fed the visual part of me that likes to plot out the way the fight goes in my head. In my (slightly biased) opinion, this is definitely one of your best fight scenes to date. You're always improving, but this one was just so easy to follow and picture. Ah, bliss. Some of Kenpachi's lines just seemed SO Kenpachi. Overall, fantastic, it's going on my favorites. And I don't understand why this hasn't yet gotten any reviews, personally. Just give it some time. Silk and Hot Metal took three days to get any response at all. MOAR WRITINGZ FROM MENGDE, PLZKTHNX. --PAS
