This was a very beautiful and touching story ;; I confess I cried several times while reading it XD Very enjoyable, both the real ending and the alternative finish <3 Man...now I wanna learn how to play simple guitar melodies to play when people are down :'3

Wow. What to say? I had a lot of double feelings when reading this story, because I'm not particularly fond of OC's, and I kept on thinking "please no pairing up with Vergil, please no pairing up with Vergil, please no pairing up with Vergil."

But this was very nicely written, and I particularly like how you described Vergil's grieving process. The plotline was mighty fine, and the end had me smiling a bit. You've made them all very human (no pun intended), their emotions very clearly showed, which I greatly appreciate when reading a story.

Gah sorry for not reviewing sooner, I've been on holiday. Well a big thank you from me for writing this ^^ It was a cute ending and the thing with the coin was cute. I guess I always saw Sparda as the Prometheus as he started the whole thing, but like father like son and all that XD

I loved it! both endings are good. And yes the words on dante's grave stone do describe him. Good job on this fic, very well written.

I loved it. The ending of the omake made me cry... (Sweatdrop) I mean, yeah, that's a perfect way to describe Dante. Really touching, though I laughed at the bit where Trish and Lucia were freaked. That's pure Dante style, popping up to play tricks on those close to him even if he's gone.

*Sighs* So touching and sad... I feel the love here! XD

the omake is cute! i like the idea of dante leaving lady and trish "trinkets" and giving that two sided coin to vergil. of corse cuz' dante and lady ect are dead it's kinda sad as well but..

well, actaully I like them both! but, I am a fluffy person A.K.A the queen of fluff ^_^ so I think I like choise 2 better! and I hope you have more work up soon! preferably dmc *looks away*

I liked both endings so it's a little hard to choose but if i must I think I liked the first ending a bit more. So i think for ur next chap u should do a boss battle.

Well an amazing way to end an amazing story. I'm split on which ending to go far so for the moment I'll go with the one where Malina learns to cheer someone up through music. Congrats again you deserve it

Okay...I love the story. And I love the Option Two ending. And I have what feels like a stupid question, but what is a "Deus Ex Machina" ending and which ending was it?

I loved the second ending more. ^^ Seriously, this deserves a happy ending for Vergil. I mean, it could've been all a dream, or nightmare, but you know... after being run through with a sword and all... it's only fair that he wakes to have Dante alive and well. ^^

It was touching. Honestly touching. I think I cried when I read the second ending. Loved it lots, after the bleak, gloomy and depressing/sad past ones.

Really, loved the second ending, just made my heart skip a beat! Absolutely surprising and sweet!! (guess I didn't want Dante to be dead; but this story plot and he being almost like a Guardian Angel... just beautiful...!)
