I hope in the next installments both fleets are merged - the CHSV would be such an enormous strategic force multiplier for the Galactica fleet and with all these doctors and cops, too. The lack of a civilian police force always bugged me in the canon.

Only Starbuck could bond with a toster over gunfire in a small enclosed room. You cracked me up. And poor Tyrol, I could only imagine how flummoxed he'd be when asked how much he knows about Cylons.

I'm glad to see you're continuing and don't feel bad about happiness, god knows it's practically non-existent in this fandom so the occasional story that's more happy than sad is a welcome respite.

This is.. unusual. I never quite understood why the cylons rebelled in the first place - what part of the programming caused them to want that - nor do I understand the way they're acting here.

They seem almost entirely too human. What *is* their origin, anyway? Uploads, perhaps?

Regardless, I'm looking forward to the next chapter.
