A lot of these made me laugh, and I really like the parents' notes at the end as well. Kind of alarming when you think about it. My main piece of advice is that to maxamise comedy-factor you need to make sure that the ways to annoy a person are specific to that person. For example, 'never touch his 'power cooking utenisls' is specific to Keiichiro (and brilliant) but 'don't smash glass in his face' would annoy anybody, so it's not so funny. Also I noticed you spelt swear 'sware', which is a common mistake.
