Gah, I loved this! A brilliant reinvention of the existing canon, whilst being totally plausible. I admire that you were able to take familiar lines and dialogue, and spin them into something that shows what Trent could be... or is, in my belief.

Wow. I think that this story is really good. It really matched the character and gave more depth (and justice) to Trent. I think that this really would fit the story...although, I think that there was a huge hidden message when they were talking about "commitment"...and that it was a big turning point in the story...haha but that's my point of view...anyhow, it's a REALLY good idea of what went in Trent's mind... write more!

I really liked this. Is this from an episode? Unfortunately, before they canceled Daria, the only time it was on was a time when I couldn't watch it. Some body PLEASE send me an email or something explaining some of this. You (the author) mentioned Trent's crush which started in season 3. I haven't even seen episodes where he had a crush on Daria. I liked what happened in this fic, and it seemed accurate, except that I haven't seen any episodes when Trent liked Daria, but that's just me. This was very well-written and flowed very well, if I had a favorites list, you'd definitely be on it.

That was really incredible! Yo gave much-needed insight into the character of Trent by integrating his pov with the episode lines. Brava!
