abuseOoh.
Dark and gory. I liked it.
Sylar's such a creep, and you portrayed this perfectly. I couldn't really point out any faults, but I was slightly confused a one point. Why didn't Peter heal himself and use his 'stolen' powers to get himself out of there?
Keep writing,

abuseFantastic. I am thrilled. It was beyond disturbing, to the point where I just got the chills. I love stories like this and am a big character death writer myself. "Claire, I want you to cut your uncle's head apart, rip out his brain, and feed it to me." I agree with sakuuya. When I read that line, what I felt was only describable by those exact words. It was direct, simple, powerful. Even though I was not that friendly with the idea that Sylar ate the brains of his victims, you did an absolutely grand job of convincing me that it was possible. Congratulations. You just hit my favorites list.

abuseWonderful story. Loved every part of it. I would think that Sylar would keep Claire around as his puppet to do his bidding. But I loved this. I can see it as I read it.

abuseThis is one of the most brilliant fics I've ever read. Seriously, it's ...mind-blowing (and mind-eating) and morbid and gory and absolutely fantastic. I love how Sylar wins. You so rarely get to see the Heroes die... Slowly... Painfully... Graphicly... >D
I was also a tad disapointed that Claire did not literally feed him Peter's brain, but hey... It's still mad brilliant!
I assume Sylar by the time of this fic has killed either Matt or Maurie?

abuseWow that was so outrageously disturbing. You have talent for the macabre. I am utterly disturbed, but impressed.

abuseOhgodohgodohgod. This was quite possibly one of the most chilling fics I've ever read. The way you write Sylar is FANTASTIC. I assume this takes place sometime in an AU future, because he mentioned that Peter had been messing with him for years, and your Sylar has clearly put those extra years to good use. He's so sure of himself, no Hard Partish doubt at all, so commited for wrongness for its own sake (Claire's nurse costume-- brilliant detail!) that he's hella scary, even compared to how he's portrayed in the show.

"Claire, I want you to cut your uncle's head apart, rip out his brain, and feed it to me." I cannot for the life of me think of a more chilling single line of dialogue in any Heroes fic I've read, ever. Wrongness for wrongness's sake again, and it fits perfectly. On the other hand, I was sort of disappointed that Claire didn't actually FEED Sylar the brain. Having her physically put it in his mouth would have just racheted up the horror to a completely transcendant level.

The only other complaint I have with this fic is that the ending was kind of lackluster, compared to the rest. The idea that Claire is somehow finding peace in death just doesn't fit with the tone of the rest of the fic, especially considering Sylar's comment about how she'll always be a murderer. I love the idea of releasing Claire, of course, but I'd rather that what Sylar made her do be completely inescapable. I think the last sentence would have had a lot more impact if you'd stopped after the word "someone".

Other than that, I am in complete adoration of you. I've been trying to be coherent and helpful in reviewing, but it's damned hard when my brain is turning crazed fangirl cartwheels and making intellegible squee noises.

I think I'm going to put this in the Sylar/Claire C2, because even though it's not romance at ALL, it deserves to be read by any fan of these two. Or, y'know, everyone. Yeah.
