Good story ! I liked how it touched different topics; Daria's relationship with Quinn, Daria's relationship with Trent and Tom, Jane's relationship with Tom after the whole "situation"... I just wished it was longer, I got the feeling that it could have been a multi-chaptered story. Still, congratulations! (and I know this was written a long time ago, but I read it now, and I like to leave a review when I think something is really good :) )

I liked the in depth look at Quinn and Daria's relationship. The banter back and forth was real and their conversation at the Lane's house sounded sincere. Nice job!

This is probably my favorite piece by you. It's funny, it's believable, and it sort of plays off the relationship antics of Tom, Daria, Trent, and Jane. It's all kind of a clusterfuck anyway.

I like seeing a more plausable take on Quinn. Something like "Gone with the Wind" would provide the romance factor, as well a quasi-historical introduction for her.

However, I was a little disappointed in Daria's reaction to the movie. Although it's entertaining and highly regarded, I feel she would have taken more steps to comment on the racial implications... something to the tune of Butterfly Mcqueen's incredibly obnoxious and stereotypical portrayal. How the book itself talks about slaves as "childlike" and what not.

This is something I would imagine Daria to be fully aware of.

Hmm, that was interesting. I liked the Trent/Tom thing, butit seemed like Quinn was OOC. Also, if anyone was smart enough to know all the things Quinn seemed to know (finally) I don't think she could handle hanging out with the fashion club anymore.
