Why would Abraham let Ishmael forcefully take a woman? I suppose it's because the woman was a servant. People were still a little prejudiced about that back in those days. After all, if Abraham had been perfect, he wouldn't have slept with Hagar to begin with. I'm confused. Anyway, it's a good vignette!
