I'm usually not one for revieving fics as I read quite a lot , but I just had to say this. I am a Harry/Hermione fan and I've read quite a few fics, both one shot and novel length, but I've never read something so sensitive and true. It's beautifully simple and genuine.

I'm not generally an H/H fan, either. From the summary I thought the man was James. Then I thought he was Harry coming to talk to his mum (which made me think it was H/G), and then with the "soft brown hair" comment, I thought it was Ron talking to Hermione. It wasn't until halfway through the fic that I realized it was Harry.
